and to Hold the same unto the said William H.H. Folk and to his heirs
executors ^and^ administrators in fee simple absolute forever and we the said
Annie E. Jarvis and James H. Jarvis her husband do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said William H.H. Folk and his heirs executors and administrators
and assigns that we will and our and each of our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the said premises unto
him the said William H.H. Folk and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whosoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals this 13th day of July AD 1882
