Hughes George Rochell James Perkins and Mike E. Jones Trustee all that
certain Lot tract or parcel of land Situated lying lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Two Hundred and ten feet square or one acre
in the North West corner of the North East quarter of the South West quarter
of Section four in Township Ten South of Range Eighteen East said lot of
land to be used solely for school purposes containing by estimation one
acre of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said Gains
Hursh Richard Hughes George Rochelle James Perkins Mike E. Jones and to
their successors in fee Simple And I the said Thomas Trapp and Anna
Trapp his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Gaines
Hursh Richard Hughes George Rochelle James Perkins Mike E. Jones, that I am
lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
I am lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever defend and warrant the same unto the said
Gaines Hursh Richard Hughes George Rochelle James Perkins and Mike E. Jones
and to their successors against the lawful claim and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness Whereof I

wife of Thompson Trapp the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said Husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose
of releasing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land
in said Deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion apprehension or fear of or from her said Husband
