one of the the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and acknowledged before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of selling & conveying all her right of Property in and to
the land in said deed described and that said conveyance was

       Charles W. Brush To Alden Spear
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made this Twenty first day of March AD one thousand
eight hundred and eighty two between Charles W. Brush and Julia
A. Van Ness the only surviving heirs at law and devisees of Nehemiah
Brush deceased parties of the first part and Alden Spear of the
County of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts party of the second
part Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty
Dollars paid by the said party of the second part to the said parties of
the first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties
of the first part do hereby grant bargain sell assign transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying in Brush's addition
to Gainesville in Alachua County and State of Florida and described 
as follows that is to say: Beginning for the same at the South west
corner of Block Six (6) and running thence northerly bounding on the
west line of said block one hundred (100) feet thence Easterly parallel
to the south boundary line of said block one Hundred and three (103)
feet hence Southerly parallel to the west boundary line of said
block one hundred (100) feet to the South boundary line of said block
and thence Westerly bounding on said South boundary line one hundred
