This Indenture made this the Twenty first (21st) day of June AD 1881
between J.H. Goss and R.P. Goss his wife of the first part and
Ruth Scarratt of the second part witnesseth: That the parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and
seventy five dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the second part 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by these presents do sell
grant release and confirm unto the party of the second part her 
heirs and assigns a certain lot or parcel of land in Alachua County
State of Florida known and described as Beginning at a point forty five
and a half feet West of the South East corner of Block Four (B4) Range
