Four (R4) in the Town of Gainesville and running thence North Fifty feet (50 ft)
thence West Twenty five feet (W25ft) thence South Fifty feet (S50ft) to the line
of Liberty Street Thence East along said Street line Twenty five feet (E25ft) to
the point of beginning containing Twelve hundred and fifty square feet said
lot being a part of said Block Four (B4) Range Four (R4) and the boundary 
lines of said lot running parallel with the lines of said block & Range being
the same lot of land formerly deeded by W.A. Colclough to J.H. Goss. Together
with the members rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging and also the estate right title interest and claim of dower of in and
to all and singular the premises aforesaid to have and to hold the said lands
in fee simple. And the parties of the first part do bind themselves their
heirs executors and administrators and each of them to warrant and defend forever
the title to said premises unto the second party his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim under by
or through the parties of the first part and agains the claims of all other
