   C.F. Bailey by his Attys Matheson & McMillan To Lewis Brown
                             "Deed"
State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered into this fourteenth
County of Alachua } day of August AD 1882 between Charles F. Bailey by
James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan his attorneys in fact part of
the first part and Lewis Brown party of the second part Witnesseth;
That for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars paid to the party
of the first part by the party of the second part receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part has granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his Heirs and 
assigns forever all that certain piece parcel or tract of Land lying 
and being Situate in said State and County and more particularly
described on Wm C. Millers map of the South Half (S1/4) of Section
Thirty two (32) Township Nine (9) south Range Twenty (20) East (said
map recorded May 13th 1878 in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the
Public Records of said County of Alachua said State) as a part of a Lot
described as follows commencing at a stake at the South West corner of 
a certain Lot on said map (bounded North by Lot Number Nineteen (19)
East by McIntyre Lot South by North Boundary line Line of Township 10
West by Street) and running East Fifty six feet (56) thence North
two hundred and ten (21) feet thence West fifty six (56) feet
thence South to point of beginning Two hundred and ten (210) feet
Together with all and singular the tenements Hereditaments and 
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and To Hold the same unto him the said party of the second part 
his Heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first
above written.
