           John Cunningham To T. Harper Bevill
                         "Deed"
State of Georgia } Know all men by these Presents that I John
Chatham County   } Cunningham Surviving partner of Claghorn & Cunningham
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Six hundred dollars to me in hand paid by T. Harper Bevill of the 
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said T. Harper
Bevill all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: The South
East Quarter of Section Nineteen (19) Township Nine (9) Range
Nineteen (19) S&E containing by estimation 157 80/100 acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements heredit=
aments and appurtenances  to the same belonging or in anywise 
appertaining. To Have and to hold the same unto him the said
T. Harper Bevill and to his heirs executors administrators and 
assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said John Cunningham
Survivor aforesaid do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said T. Harper - That I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said T. Harper Bevill and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
