State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this the 7th day of August AD
Alachua County   } 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Sarah McIntosh
wife of W.R. McIntosh the Grantor of the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said deed of conveyance for the purposes of relinquishing releasing
and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the said described
lands in deed and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

  L.W. Jackson and Alexander Avera Exors to J.D. Goss
                  "Agreement"
State of Florida } This Agreement made and entered into by and between
Alachua County   } L.W. Jackson and Alexander Avera as Executors of the
last Will and Testament of Cornelius Avera deceased parties of the first
part and J.D. Goss party of the second part all of the aforesaid County
and State Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part have leased
to the party of the second part the following property to wit - all
that part of Lot No (2) two Range two (2) in the town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida described as follows to wit all the front
yard between Joseph on the North and Shivery on the South and so
much of the back yard as is herein described to wit Commencing at the
Juncture of the middle yard fence it intersects Shivery's Lot, thence West
(22) twenty Two Yards thence North (20) Twenty yards to a Stake thence
East (21) Twenty one yards to within one (1) Yard of the cross fence, thence
North to Joseph's line leaving the Grape Arbor and the row of Orange
trees on the reserved part, for the period of Six (6) Years from the 1st day
of January AD 1882 to the 1st day of January AD 1888. Upon the
following terms and conditions to wit: the party of the second part
shall pay to the parties of the first part the sum of Ten (10) Dollars per month rent
for the use and occupation of the premises aforesaid payable on the 1st day
of each month and shall put on said premises the following improvements
        put
He shall^new pillars where those are defective or decayed in the
dwelling now situated on said premises shall weatherboard the South
end of said dwelling remodel and Ceil the shed room: Shall
