Mrs Mary Mularkey wife of John Mularkey the Grantor
in the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I George H. Ambrose of the aforesaid County and State
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One thousand
dollars to him in hand paid by Stella T. Ambrose of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bar-
gained sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto her the said Stella T. Am-
brose all of that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as fol-
lows to wit: Commencing at the South West Corner of the
South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section
Fourteen, Township Eight Range Twenty one East thence
running North Two hundred and Twenty yards (220 yds) thence
running Easterly to the North West Corner of a four
acre tract of land heretofore Conveyed by John
Mularkey to Mrs Stroble thence East along said
