Westerly along the Centre of Rail Road track to the
West line of said Section, Thence West to the Place of
Beginning the Same being a fractional part of the
South East Quarter SE1/4 of South East Quarter SE1/4 of
Section Fourteen (Sec 14) Township Eight (T8) Range Twenty one
(R21) Containing by estimation Eight acres of land more or
less. Together with all and Singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances to the Same belonging. To
have and to hold the Same unto her the Said
Stella T. Ambrose and to her heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns in fee Simple and absolute. And I the
Said George H. Ambrose do hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the said Stella T. Ambrose that I am lawfully
Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Con-
veyed; and that I have good and lawful right to
Sell and Convey the Same that the Same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the Same unto her
the said Stella T. Ambrose and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the Same -
