George H. Ambrose To Thomas H. Jones
                 "Deed"
This Indenture, made the 24th day of March in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two
between George H. Ambrose and his wife Stella P. Am-
brose of Alachua County State of Florida of the
first part and Thomas H. Jones State of Florida
of the Second part: Witnesseth, That the Said parties
of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Five thousand dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said party
of the Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise Convey and Confirm unto the
said party of the second part and heirs and assigns for-
ever, All those Lots or parcels of land lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida and known and described
as follows, The East half of South West Quarter (E1/2 of SW1/4
) The West half of South East Quarter (W1/2 of SE1/4) and
the East half of the North West Quarter (E1/2 of NW1/4) of
Section Thirty one, And also the South East Quarter
of the South West Quarter of section Thirty (Sec 30) all
the said described Lands being in Township Seven
(T7) Range Twenty one (R21) Containg Three Hundred
and Six acres (306 A) more or less.
Together with all and singular the Lands tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest Dower
and right of Dower property possession claim and 
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his own
proper use benefit and behoof forever And the said
George H. Ambrose and Stella P. Ambrose for their
heirs executors and administrators do Covenant grant
and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that the said George H.
Ambrose at the time of the sealing and delivery of
these presents is lawfully seized in fee Simple of a
good absolute and indefeasible estate of in-
heritance in fee Simple of and in all and singular
