being one of the lots Conveyed as aforesaid by Doig & Robertson
to the said Mary J. Goodale on 22d day of December AD
1876, and recorded in Deed Book "J" pages 163 & 164 on Decem-
ber 23rd 1876. Together with all and Singular the rights
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the above described property unto the said party of the 
Second part and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee Simple Absolute. In Testimony whereof the
Said parties of the first part have each of them hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this day
came before me Margaret E. Robertson wife of Wm H.
Robertson and Frances W. Doig wife of James Doig
the grantors in the above deed who each after being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate
& apart from their respective husbands acknowledged
that they & each of them respectively executed the
above & foregoing quit-claim Deed for the purpose
of relinquishing and renouncing their and each of
their Dower or right of Dower in & to the lands therein
described and the Same was done by them Severally
freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from their
& each of their husbands respectively
