John H. Bonney To James Fennel Jr
              "Deed"
This Indenture, made the 31st day of March in the
year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty two, Between John H. Bonney of the County of
Yazoo and State of Mississippi party of the first
part and James Fennel Jr of Putnam County
State of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in Con-
sideration of the sum of One hundred ($100) dollars
lawful money of the United States of America
to him in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part at or before the ensealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aliened remised released Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents does grant bargain sell
alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto
the said party of the Second part and his heirs and
assigns forever all that Certain Lot or parcel of land
lying and being in the Town of Melrose and State
of Florida Alachua Co described as follows: To wit:
The West half of lot No Twenty Seven (27) described on
the Maps of said Town of Melrose as follows, Bounded
on the South by Bellamy Avenue fifty feet (50 ft)
on the East by the East half of lot 27 fifty feet
on the North fifty feet (50 ft) by lot Twenty Six (26)
& on the West 50 ft by lot (28) Twenty eight & Con-
taining fifty feet (50 ft) in the Square.
Together with all and Singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof. And Also all the estate
right title interest dower and right of dower sep-
arate estate property possession claim and dem-
and whatsoever as will in law as in equity of the
said party of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-
tenances: To Have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appur-
tenances unto the said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. And the said party of the first
part for himself and for his heirs executors and
administrators does Covenant promise and agree
to and with the said party of the Second part
