 Friday Mungo To Dolly Mungo
            "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this August 18th
1882 between Friday Mungo of said State and County party
of the first part and Dolly Mungo his wife of the
Same place & County party of the Second part
Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the natural love and effection which
he has for his said wife the said party of the Second
part and also in the further Consideration of ten dollars
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell and Con-
vey unto the said party of the second part all that Cer-
tain piece or parcel of land lying and being in said
County and known and described as follows The
South East Quarter of Section Thirty-one in Township Nine
South of Range Nineteen East Containing forty acres
more or less Also the following personal property to wit:
Five head of stock Cattle marked & branded as follows
F.P.O. the mark as follows under bit & upper bit in one
ear & pail handle in the other one horse & buggy fifteen head
of hogs marked Smooth Crop in on ear and three splits
in the other: Also one horse cart household & Kitchen
furniture &c To have and to hold the above granted
and described property together with all the tenements
and improvements to the Same belonging or in any
wise appertaining for and during her natural life
or until she separates herself from the party of the
first part by leaving his bed and board in either
the property hereby Conveyed is to revert to and become
the property of the party of the first part & further
that said property is not to be sold without the Consent
of him the said party of the first part to the Sale
of the same the Same to be under the management
of him the said party of the first part. In Testimony
