       Thomas J. Wilks to C.A. Miller and A.V. Stewart
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the Tenth day of April in the Year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Thomas J. Wilks of the
first part and C.A. Miller and A.V. Stewart of the second part: Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred and Fifty ($25000) Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien
remise convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part and their
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described on the public records of said County as = Fraction of
Section Six (6) Township Nine (9) South of Range Twenty two (22) East
Situated in the North East corner of the Arredondo Grant, and running
with the North and East lines of said Grant to Stakes set up. Containing
Fifty Acres more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issue and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and to
Hold the above granted bargained and described premises with the appurten=
ances unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
to their own proper use benfit and behoof forever. And the said Thomas
J. Wilks for himself his heirs executors and administrators does covenant
