the North West Quarter of Section Twenty Six (26) Township Eight (8)
South of Range Twenty one (21) East containing Forty acres more
or less SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec 27 T8 SR 21(E) SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Sec 26
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
or in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the
same with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns
as their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said Patrick
Burmingham for himself and his heirs and assigns does covena
nt and agree that he is lawfully seized of the above described premises
by deed from Donald McRae & F.L.I.C. bearing date 8 of ** 1877 & 4 of
March 1879 and that he has conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by himself and the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming by through or under him the said party of the first part

(Widower) on this 13th of April AD 1882 who acknowledged that he
executed the foregoing deed for the purposes therein contained

                 "Deed"
This Indenture made this 3rd day of March AD 1882 by and between
Delia A. Coker and John B. Coker her husband of the said County and
State parties of the first part and Louisa E. Mixson their Daughter
of the same place party of the second part Witnesseth That the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the love and
affection which the parties of the first part bear to and for
their said Daughter the said party of the second part and also
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars to them in hand
paid by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
