in Township Nine Range fourteen East containing two hundred and
forty acres more or less To have and to hold the same unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and we
the parties of the first part do covenant and agree with the party
of the second part that we have good right to sell and convey the
same that said premises are free from all encumbrances and that
we the parties of the first part will warrant and forever defend the
same to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever claiming In Witness
Whereof we the parties of the first part hath hereunto set our hands

who acknowledged to me that they signed the above deed of
of conveyance for the purpose therein expressed and that they

  Mary E. Shuford and F.P. Olmsted as Guardian To the Singer Manufacturing Company

 Alachua County   } Whereas in pursuance of an agreement entered into
by and between the Singer manufacturing Company Mary E. Shuford
& F.P. Olmsted as Guardian of & for William N. Wilson minor on the
24th day of August AD 1881 the commissioners selected and chosen by the
respective parties to wit: Archie Hague Sr J. Maxey Dell & G.W. Watts
did make a pro rata division of the following lands to wit: The NE1/4
N1/2 of Lots one two & Three in section Six township 8 range 19
containing 200 acres. The NE1/4 South 1/2 of North West 1/4 North parts
of lots one two & three in Section 5 township 8 rang 19 containing 280
acres South 1/2 Lot one & N1/2 of lot 6 Section 25 Township 8 range 19
containing 80 acres and East 1/2 of NE1/4 NW1/4 of NE1/4 NE1/4 of NW1/4
Section 13 Township 8 Range 18 SW1/4 of SE1/4 Section 12 township 8
Range 18 containing 200 acres and Lots three & four in Block Six
Range two and Lots one two three four five and six in Block Three
Range Five in the Town of Newnansville all Situated in Alachua
County Florida and whereas the said commissioners did make report
