of said division of said lands on the 21st day of September AD 1881: Now therefore
know all men by these presents that we Mary E. Shuford (widow) and F.P.
Olmsted as Guardian of & for William N. Wilson minor both of Alachua County
Florida do hereby ratify and confirm said report of the said commissioners and
in pursuance of said report and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to them
and each of them this day paid by the Singer Manufacturing Company have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit-claimed and do by these presents
grant bargain sell convey and forever quit claim unto "The said Singer
Manufacturing Company" a corporation duly organized under & by virtue of the
Laws of the State of New Jersey the following described property to wit: All those
Lots tracts or parcels of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and known as; The S1/2 of Lot (1) one and N1/2 of Lot (6) Six in
Section (25) Twenty five Township (8) Eight Range (19) Nineteen and the East
half of NE1/4 and NW1/4 of NE1/4 and NE1/4 of NW1/4 of sec (18) Thirteen and
SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section (12) Twelve Township (8) Eight Rang (18) Eighteen S&E
containing in all 280 acres also Lots (1) one & (2) two Block (3) Three Range
Five and Lot (3) Three Block (6) Six Range (2) Two in the town of
Newnansville Together with all and singular the rights tenements and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold
the said bargained and described property unto them the said The Singer Manuf=
acturing company its successors representatives and assigns forever in fee
simple and the said F.P. Olmsted as Guardian as aforesaid does hereby
relinquish and forever quit claim to the said The Singer Manufacturing
Company all and every interest or claim of his said Ward in & to the
property above set forth in as full and ample a manner as his fiduciary
capacity will authorize or permit. Witness the hands and seals of the
said Mary E. Shuford & of the said F.P. Olmsted as Guardian as
aforesaid this 27 day of October AD 1881
