Marshall Seigler To Benjamin P. Boulware Sr
                       "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Marshall Seigler
Alachua County   } of Putnam County State of Florida for and in consideration 
of the sum of - dollars to me in hand paid by Benjamin P. Boulware Senr of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Benjamin P. Boulware all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in 
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and 
described as follows to wit: The South West quarter of the North East quarter
of Section (21) Twenty one Township (9) nine South of Range (22) Twenty two East
containing by estimation forty acres of land more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto the said
Benjamin P. Boulware senr and to his heirs executors administrators and 
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And I the said Marshall Seigler do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Benjamin P. Boulware senr that
I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and 
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I
will and my heirs executors administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto the said Benjamin P. Boulware Senr
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set
our hand and affixed our seal on this fifth day of June AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this fifth day of June AD
1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Mary E. Seigler wife of
Marshall Seigler the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
