    Rollin M. Witt to Rosalie Simonson
                 "Deed"
State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that we Rollin M. Witt
Alachua County  } & Maria A. Witt of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars to them in hand paid by
Rosalie Simonson of County of New York in the State of New York the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said 
Rosalie Simonson all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: Commencing at a point twenty
(20) Chains North of the South east corner of Section Twelve (12) Town
ship ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) east running North on the
East line of said Section ten (10) chains to a Stake thence Westerly
ten (10) chains Thence South ten (10) chains thence East ten (10) chains
to place of beginning. Said lines to run parallel with the boundary
line of said section meaning hereby to convey the South east quarter
of the North East quarter of the South East quarter of said Section twelve
(12) except what is owned by the said Rail Road Company & what is
taken up by the wagon road said tract containing by estimation ten (10)
acres more or less Being Lot No 48 of Fuller & Staddeus survey. Together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the
same unto her the said Rosalie Simonson and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said
Rollin M. Witt and Maria A. Witt do hereby seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto her the said Rosalie Simonson and to her
heirs executors and administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and 
affixed our seals on this 1st day of September AD 1882
