State of Florida    Know all men by these Presents that Thomas L.
Alachua County      Carter and his wife M.E. Carter of the aforesaid
county and State for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars
to them in hand paid by Calvin Gillis of the County of Putnam
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Calvin Gillis
his heirs and assigns all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly Known and described as follows to wit
That lot of land Situate in the town of Gainesville and described as
beginning at the South West corner of Block No (7) Seven and range (8)
Eight Thence on a line east 80 feet to a post Thence on a line
North 84 feet Thence on a line west 25 feet, Thence on a line South
200 feet and also convey release and quit claim all the right
interest and estate of the said Carter and wife to said Gillis and
