              John S. Livingston to Mary Taylor
                              "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the 5th
Alachua County   } day of May AD 1882 Between John S. Livingston of the
State aforesaid and County of Putnam party of the first part and
Mary Taylor of the State and County aforesaid party of the second
part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of twenty
dollars to the party of the first part in hand paid by the party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
doth so give grant bargain sell convey and release unto the said
Mary Taylor the following described lot or parcel of land (To Wit)
Lot No (3) three according to a survey of the lands of said Livingston
and bounded as follows on the North by William Durham East by
Thos McCredie South by said Livingston and west by lands of
the Stoughton estate and containing one and three quarters of an
acre (1 3/4) more or less To Have and to hold the above granted and
bargained premises together with all and singular the houses
building improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
In testimony whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal this the 5th day of May AD 1882
in presents of said Witnesses }

Alachua County   } Before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
for said State & County personally came John S. Livingston and
acknowledged that he signed the above indenture for the use
and purposes therein set forth. Witness my hand and seal this
5th day of May AD 1882

  The Singer Manufacturing Company to A.B. Edgell
                          "Deed"
This Indenture made the fourth day of April in the year one thousand
eight hundred and eighty two Between The Singer Manufacturing
Company of the State of New Jersey party of the first part and A.B. Edgell
of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida party of the Second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred Dollars ($200 00/100) to it duly paid before the 
delivery hereof hath sold remised and forever released and quit claimed
and by these presents doth sell remise and forever release and quit claim
