piece or parcel of land situate and being in the Town of Newnansville
in the said County of Alachua and State of Florida known and described
as Lots Nos Six (6) Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Three (3) Range one

(1) Together with all the estate right title and interest as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the said premises and
to all and singular the tenements hereditaments rights privileges appurtenances

successors doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that it hath not while in possession of said premises
made done or authorized any deed act or thing whereby or by means whereof the
title to the same can or may be impeached or impaired and to this extent
only it will warrant and Defend the title to the said premises unto the said
party of the second part and unto his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness
