S. Benjamin his wife whos names appear in the above Indenture and who are
well known to me to be the same persons and acknowledged that they Executed
the same freely and voluntarily and the said Golda S. being by me examined
separate and part from her said husband acknowledged having executed same
without compulsion constraint fear or apprehension from her said husband and
for the purposes therein expressed

   G.A. Cooper and T.L. Cooper To E.J. Vaughan
                    "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we G.A. Cooper wife and
Marion County    } T.L. Cooper son of T.W. Cooper deceased and heirs of the said
T.W. Coopers Estate in consideration of the mutual love and affection which
which we bear for E.J. Vaughan daughter of said T.W. Cooper deceased also heir
to said Estate we the said G.A. Cooper and T.L. Cooper parties of the first
part do give grant and convey all claims to E.J. Vaughan of the second part
to certain tracts of land described as follows. The N1/2 of the NW1/4 of section 26
Township 12 South of range 20 East containing 80 acres all in said County
of and state aforesaid also one Lot in the Town of Micanopy Alachua County
State of Florida knowned and described as follows Lot 1 Township 3 North of
Raing 2 West according to the platt of land formerly owned by Joel B.
Smith containing one acre more or less To have and Hold and to enjoy to
her and her heirs executors administrators and assigns to the only proper
use and behoof of the said E.J. Vaughan her heirs and assigns forever and
the said G.A. Cooper and T.L. Cooper have put the said E.J. Vaughan in
full possession by delivering to her the above described land at the time
of the sealing and delivering of these presents

State of Florida } Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for
Marion County    } said county personally came Jno K. Harrison one of
the Subscribing witnesses to the above deed who being duly sworn
says on oath that he together with R.B. Mathews witnesses the making
and signing of the above deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes
