     Eliza J. Vaughan and B.F. Vaughan To Mary E. Turner and James L. Patton
                             "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 29th day of August one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Eliza J. Vaughan
and B.F. Vaughan her husband parties of the first part and Mary E. Turner
and James L. Patton parties of the second part witnesses that the parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars
to them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowled have granted
bargained and sold & by these presents do grant bargain and sell to the parties
of the second part all that lot or tract of land lying and situate in the
town of Micanopy in the County of Alachua & State of Florida and known
and described as that lot in said Town bounded on the West by the
lot of C.H. Crisman on the South by the lot of G.S. and G.W. Riggs &
on the North by the lot owned or claimed by James Oates the same
being the lot conveyed by deed from Mrs G.A. Cooper and T.L. Cooper
dated the 11th day of January AD 1879 and described in said deed as lot
one Township three North of Range two west in the said town of
Micanopy To Have and To Hold to the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns with all the rights and privileges thereto in anywise
appertaining and belonging and the parties of the first part to the parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns shall and will forever warrant
and defend by these presents as against the said parties of the first part
and their heirs. In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first
before written

County do hereby certify that Mrs Eliza J. Vaughan and B.F. Vaughan
her husband both to me personally known appeared before me and
acknowledged that they had executed the foregoing deed to Mary E. Turner
and James L. Patton for the purposes therein stated and I further certify
that the said Mrs Eliza J. Vaughn having been by me first examined
privately & separately and apart from her said husband acknowledged 
to me that she had executed the said deed freely and voluntarily and
