       John J. Hardenbergh To Frank H. Price
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 21st day of July AD
Alachua County   } 1882 between John J. Hardenbergh of said State
and County Partie of the first part and Frank H. Price of the
County of Alachua State of Florida of the second part: Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in said State and County and described as follows
to wit The easterly half of the hereinafter described tract of land
beginning Twenty Six rods east of the South West corner of Section
Twenty nine Township Ten Range Twenty Two and running North
Eighty rods thence east forty rods thence South eighty rods thence
west forty rods to Starting point Intending hereby to convey a part
of the premises conveyed to said Hardenbergh by E. Heidt on the
second day of January AD 1882 by deed recorded in Book "N" at
Pages 221 & 222 of the public records of said County of Alachua. To Have
and to Hold the above described land to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns together with the rights members and appurten=
ances thereunto being belonging or in any manner appertaining. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors administra=
tors and assigns the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed
premises will forever warrant and defend against all legal claims and
demands. In Testimony Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals the date first written
