    George W. and Joseph M. Ladd To Thomas F. King
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 15th day of July AD 1882 between
George W. Ladd & Joseph M. Ladd parties of the first part and Thos F. King party
of the second part witnesses that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to us paid the receipt of which 
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey to Thos F. King all that certain tract of land
lying & Situate in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known
and described as the North East quarter of Section twelve (12) the North
East quarter of the North West quarter of Section twelve (12) and Eight
& 55/100 acres lying west of and adjoining & parallel to said North East quarter
of the North West quarter of section twelve, all lying & being in Township
Seven (7) Range eighteen (18) E. all of the said parcels of land containing
two hundred & Eight 55/100 acres. To Have and To Hold to the Thos F. King his
heirs and assigns with all the rights and privileges thereto appertaining and
the title to the said tracts of land herein conveyed the parties of the first
part to the part of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and
will forever warrant & defend by these presents. In testimony whereof the
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
seals the day & year before written
