To All to whom these presents shall come Greeting
Homestead Certificate No 1363 } Whereas There has been deposited in the
Application 4521 } General Land office of the United States a
certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Gainesville Florida whereby
it appears that pursuant to the Act of Congress approved 20th May 1862
"To Secure Homesteads to actual Settlers on the Public Domain" and the
acts supplemental thereto the claim of Claracy Boulware widow of
Armstead Boulware deceased has been established and duly consumated
in conformity to law for the North West quarter of the South West
quarter and the South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section
Eight in Township nine South of Range twenty two east in the
district of lands subject to sale at Gainesville Florida containing
Seventy nine acres and fifty eight hundredths of an acre according
to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land returned to the
General Land Office by the Surveyor General: Now Know ye, That
there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said Claracy
Boulware the tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said
Claracy Boulware and to her heirs and assigns forever.
In testimony whereof I Rutherford B. Hayes President of the United States
of America have caused these letters to be made Patent and the Seal of
the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed Given under my hand
at the City of Washington the twenty first day of July in the Year
of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine and of the
Independance of the United States the one hundred and fourth

Arch Hague and Wife to Adam D. Wheelock
"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this the 24th day of June AD 1880
Alachua County } between Arch Hague and his wife Martha Hague
(who Joins in this deed for the purpose of relinquishing her dower) parties
of the first part both of the County of Alachua & State of Florida, and
Adam D. Wheelock of the City of Brooklyn King County State of New
York party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars ($20000) to them cash in hand paid at and before the sealing
