and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant
bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
all that Lot tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the Town of
Newnansville in said county of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and distinguished in the plan of said Town of Newnansville as Lot No 5
Block 3 Range (1) one Except two hundred & ten feet by forty on North end
Together with all and singular the rights tenements and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
above described premises unto him the said party of the second part and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns to his and their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple absolute And the said
parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend the title to the
said premises to the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the claim or claims of all and
Every person or persons whomsoever. In witness whereof the said parties of

Martha Hague wife of Arch Hague who upon an examination by me
held separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she did
sign seal and deliver the above & foregoing Deed for the purpose of Relinquis=
hing her Dower in & to the said property and the same was done freely
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband
