J.N. Bone and Wife To Moses Nelson
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we J.N. Bone & B.A.
Alachua County   } Bone his wife of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to us in hand paid by Moses Nelson
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Moses Nelson all
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The West quarter (1/4) of Lot or Subdivision Number Two (2) of
Lot Number Three (3) of the North West quarter of Section Five (5)in 
Township Ten (10) South Range (20) Twenty East being 39 1/3 feet from East to
West and 157 1/2 feet North & South = Situated in the Town of Gainesville County &
State aforesaid Situated in Browns Addition to Gainesville Containing by estimation
- acres of land more or less - Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertai=
ning To Have and Hold the same unto him the said Moses Nelson and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And
we the said J.N. Bone & B.A. Bone his wife do hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said Moses Nelson that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Moses
Nelson and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 29th day of August AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 29th day of August AD 1882 before
me personally appeared Mrs B.A. Bone wife of J.A. Bone the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done
and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
