State of Florida  } On this Seventh day of September 1882 before me
County of Alachua } Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County personally appeared Hardie Raulerson and Sarah E. Raulerson
his wife and George H. Ambrose and Stella T. Ambrose his wife to me
known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said Sarah E.
Raulerson and Stella T. Ambrose the wives of the said Hardie Raulerson and
Geo H. Ambrose on an examination taken and made separately and apart
from their said husbands did acknowledge that they made theirselfs a
partys to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
their dower or right of dowers in and to the lands tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and released and
that such relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or
from their said husbands. Witness my hand and seal at Waldo the date
aforesaid.

         James Burnett and Wife To Samuel B. Thompson
                       "Quit Claim Deed"
This Indenture made this the 7 day of January in the year one thousand
eight hundred and eighty two between James Burnet of Alachua County
and State of Florida and his wife Lovina parties of the first part and
Samuel B. Thompson of Columbia County and State of Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of Twenty five dollars of lawful money to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have remised released and quit claimed and doth by these presents remise
released all or quit claimed to all or rights claims demands in law as well
as in equity unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcle of land lying and being Situated
on rocky Creek in Alachua County and State of Florida and known and 
described as the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section twenty
Six in Township Seven Raing Nineteen (South & East) together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and all there estate right title interest dower
and right of dower property possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the
above described premises and every part and parcle thereof with the
appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the said
