This Indenture made the 2nd day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty two Between Peter G. Snowden and Eliza
C. Snowden his wife of the County of Marion and State of Florida of the
first part and Mary O. Kesler of Alachua County Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and thirty seven 50/ Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of the these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever all that tract of land lying and 
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows:
Commencing at a point 6.95 chains South of the NE Corner of the SE1/4 of
NE1/4 Sec 21 T10S R20E and on the boundary line of the right of way of
the Florida Southern Railway run South 7.30 chains to a stake; thence
N 56° 30' West 9.25 ch to a - tree thence North 47° W 3.14 ch to a Stake; thence
N 67° E 8.84 ch to a Stake on boundary of Right of way of Fla So R Way
thence S 29° 30' W 3.90 ch along boundary of said right of way to place of
beginning; containing 5 6/10 acres more or less said tract of land being in
the SE1/4 of NE1/4  Sec21 T10.S R20.E. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest
dower and right of dower separate estate property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances; To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained 
and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
