tracts of land and each and every of them with the appurtenances of
each and every of them and all the Estate Right Title and Interest which the
said Parties to the said cause in Partition and each and every of them
had on the said Twenty first day of February aforesaid or at any time since
or now hath. To Have and to hold the said land land and premises
and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Peter Sparkman
Heirs and assigns forever as fully and and absolutely as we the said
Parties of the first part as commissioners aforesaid and under the authority
aforesaid might could or ought to sell and convey the same. In Witness Whereof

whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said W.L. Finger all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: From the South East corner of fractional
