and twenty links to a Stake thence North two degrees seven and one half minutes
East ten chains and sixty three links to a Stake on the North Side of the
Transit Rail Road thence South forty four degrees & forty five minutes west
parallel with said Rail Road three chains & twenty five links to a Stake
Ninety links distant from the centre of said Rail Road track the place of beginning
thence along the same course parallel with the Rail Road two chains to a Stake thence
North forty five degrees fifteen minutes west five chains to a Stake thence North
forty four degrees forty five minutes East to a Stake thence South forty five
degrees fifteen minutes East to place of beginning containing one acre containing
by estimation one acre of land more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto hi the said W.L. Finger
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and
they the said W.W. Moore and E.E. Moore do hereby covenant and agree to and 
with the said W.L. Finger that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that they will and their heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
W.L. Finger and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof they have
hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals on this 29th day of July
AD 1882

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 29th day of July AD 1882 before
Bradford County  } me personally appeared Mrs E.E. Moore wife of W.W. Moore
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowl=
edges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
