Alachua County   } This Indenture me this 22d day of August AD 1882 between
James D. Bell of Hawthorne in said State and County and his wife Mary
A. Bell who joins her husband in this conveyance for the purpose of relinqui=
shing her dower in the lands hereafter described parties of the first part
and Lucy Bell of Exeter and of the County of Rockingham State of New
Hampshire of the second part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the
sum of Fifty Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in said State and County and described as follows to wit:
All of that part of Section Twenty Three Township Ten South of Range
Twenty Five East lying and being in the South West Quarter of the
South West Quarter of said Section and bounded as follows beginning
at the South East Corner of said Forty acre tract thence North Four
hundred and Sixty Seven feet thence West Four hundred and
Sixty seven feet, thence South Four hundred and Sixty seven feet
thence East upon the South Section line of said Section Four hundred
and Sixty seven feet to point of beginning all of said lines are
intended to be run with the same variation from the true meridian
as the outside lines of said section (if any) It is intended hereby
to convey a tract of five acres in square shape in the South East
corner of the South East corner of the South West Quarter of the
South West Quarter of Section. Also one half acre lot in said
town of Hawthorn Described as follows A lot located in the South
East Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty Six Township
Ten South Range Twenty Two East and commencing at a Stake in
the West line of said Quarter six hundred and twenty eight feet
North of the South West corner of said Quarter Thence running East
Two Hundred and Nine and one half feet thence North one hundred
and five feet thence west two hundred and nine and one half feet
thence South to point of beginning being land conveyed by Simon
Lamps to H.W. Reed July 2 1880 - Recorded in Book L pages 89 & 90
of Records of Alachua County. To Have and to hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
together with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto being
belonging or in any manner appertaining. And the said parties of the
