me a Notary Public of the State of Florida the above named Woller J. Beal to me
well known as the wife of William C. Beal and as one of the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance who being at the time separate
and apart from her husband the said William C. Beal did then and there make
and execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own hand
subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence. Witness my hand and seal at
Fernandina the day and year above written

    Patrick Birmingham To David C. Weston
                    "Deed"
This Indenture, made the 6th day of September in the year of our Lord one
Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Patrick Birmingham of the
first part and David C. Weston of the second part Witnesseth That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One
Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant bargain sell alien remise convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all That certain
Lot Tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on the public records of said
county as The South West Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Twenty
Four Township Eight South Range Twenty one East containing Forty acres
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the estate right title interest property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. And the said Patrick Birmingham for his heirs
