to take acknowledgments of Deeds to be recorded in Florida, personally appeared Edward N. Dickerson 
known to me to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing Deed and acknowledged 
the execution thereof to be his act and deed, and for the uses and purposes therein expressed.  In

                 This conveyance made the Twentieth day of August Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Six, Between Samuel A. Swann of the City of Fernandina
County of Nassau and State of Florida (unmarried) party of the first part and Robert
H. Stewart of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Eight Hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents does grant bargain Sell Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all those certain tracts or parcels of Land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described on the public plats of said County as Lots numbered One (1) Four (4)
Five (5) Six (6) and Eight (8) of Section Twenty seven (27) in Township Ten (10)
South of Range Eighteen (18) East containing Two hundred and Seventeen (217 88/100)
acres more or less, Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur=
=tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to his and there on own proper use benifit and behoof forever and the
