Alachua County   } Personally came before me Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County Florida and the recording officer thereof E.P. Cater to me
well known who being first duly sworn deposes and says:- That he was present
and saw W.W. Hampton & W.N. Sheats sign seal and deliver the above and
foregoing Mortgage in the manner and for the uses and purposes therein set forth
and that he this affiant and B.F. Hampton signed the same as
subscribing witness thereto Deponent further swears that he was present and
saw J.D. Matheson and G.K. Broome sign seal & deliver the said Mortgage in
the manner for the uses & purposes therein Stated and that he
Deponent and T.P. Turner witnesses the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
and this affiant further swears that he was present and saw H.W.
Long and T.C. Lanier and Each of them duly execute the said Deed
of Mortgage for the uses and purposes as therein expressed and that
said affiant and J.F.A. Tufts signed the same as subscribing witness thereto
