or assigned by the firstly hereinbefore recited Indenture except the small portions which
have as aforesaid been sold and conveyed to purchasers thereof and all the estate right
title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Charles Townshend
Murdoch Jan Anne Langerheizen and Leonidas Moreau Lawson and each of them as
such Trustees as aforesaid in and to the said premises To Have and to Hold the
hereditaments and premises hereby granted or expressed so to be unto and to the use
of the said Charles Townshend Murdoch Jan Anne Langerheizen Alexander Crum
Maclae and Henry John Broughton Kendall their heirs and assigns upon the
trusts by the firstly hereinbefore recited Indenture so modified as aforesaid
declared concerning the same. And the said Leonidas Moreau Lawson doth hereby
for himself his heirs executors and administrators covenant with the said Charles
Townshend Murdoch Jan Anne Langerheizen Alexander Crum Mclae and
Henry John Broughton Kendall their heirs and assigns that he the
saith Leonidas Moreau Lawson hath not at anytime done or executed or knowingly
suffered or been party or privy to any act deed or thing whereby or by reason
whereof he is prevented from joining with the said Charles Townshend Murdoch
and Jan Anne Langerheizen in granting and conveying the said
hereditaments and premises hereinbefore expressed to be hereby granted in
manner aforesaid or whereby the same or any part thereof and is or may
be in anywise incumbered In Witness whereof the said parties to these
presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written
