to be the same persons described in and who executed the within instrument
and severally acknowledged that they executed the same and the said S.M. Lott
on a private examination by me apart from her said husband acknowledged
that she executed the same freely and without any fear or compulsion of her said
husband

               This Indenture made this 18th day of September A.D.
1886 between David Williams of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the first part and Mathew M. Lewey of the same county and State
party of the second part Whereas Nancy Cassels deceased late of the
said County and State was in her life time seized and possessed
in fee simple of a certain piece or parcel of land lying and
situate in the City of Gainesville County of Alachua in the State
of Florida said land was sold and conveyed to her by Charles W.
Brush as will more fully appear in Book P, pages 93-94 land
records of said County. Therefore this Indenture Witnesseth That I
David Williams of the first part herein being the sole heir at
law to all the Estate seized and possessed by her the said
Nancy Cassels deceased and for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred dollars ($20000) to me in hand paid by the said
second party the receipt is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold released and conveyed and these presents do grant
bargain Sell release and convey unto the said second party his heirs
