or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly known and des-
cribed as follows to wit:
Commencing at the South West Corner of lot heretofore Con-
veyed by the parties of the first part to Tirzah Porter
thence along the West boundary line of said Lot and
along the West boundary line of the Lot heretofore Con-
veyed to Warren K. Bartleson by the parties of the first
part one hundred and Seventy (170) feet Thence West
Five (5) feet to a Stake thence Thence South one
hundred and Seventy (170) feet to a Stake, Thence
East Five (5) feet to the South West Corner of said
                           The Same being a part of Block Three (3)
lot belonging to Tirzah Porter^Containing by estimation
 of Range Eight (8) of the original Survey of the Town of Gainesville
Acres of land more or less Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold
the Same unto her the said Tirzah Porter and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple abso-
lute and we the said parties of the first part do
hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Tirzah 
Porter that we lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the Same; that the Same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators Shall
and will forever warrant and defend the Same unto her
the said Tirzah Porter and to her heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns against the lawful Claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or here-
after to claim the Same
