and encumbrances of every nature and Kind whatsoever.
And the said Samuel Durborow for himself and his heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released prem-
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his heirs and
against all and every person or persons whomsoever law-
fully claiming or to claim the Same, Shall and will warrant
and by these presents forever Defend.

dred and Eighty Six Between Samuel Durborow of the City
of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania (unmarried) party
of the first part and Miss Helen M. Flitcraft 714 South 10th
Street of the City of Philadelphia County of Philadelphia
and State of Pennsylvania of the second part: Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Forty Four Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to him in hand paid by the
