                      This Indenture, 
Made the twenty ninth day of September 
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty-
Six Between Samuel Durborow, of the 
City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia 
and State of Pennsylvania, (unmarried) 
party of the first part, and Miss Rachel
Scott 620 South 11th Street of the City of 
Philadelphia County of Philadelphia and 
State of Pennsylvania of the second 
part;
       Witnesseth, That the said party of the 
first part for and in consideration of
of the Sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money 
of the United States of America, to him in 
hand paid by the Said party of the second 
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 
hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, re-
mise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said 
party of the second part, and her heirs and 
assigns forever all those certain Lot
