 J.A. Ryder Trustee        }
         This Indenture made and entered into on this 12th day of July AD 1886 by 
and between the Alachua Improvement Company a Corporation duly and legally organized 
under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of Florida party of the first part and J.A. Ryder
as Trustee for J.W. Ryder his son with Powers to sell of the County of Nassau State of 
Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part 
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty (50) Dollars to it this day paid at 
and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged 
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain 
sell Convey and confirm unto him the said party of the second part and to his 
successors in trust forever all those lots tracts or parcels of land Situated lying 
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and Specially known 
distinguished and described as follows to wit* Lots No (17) (18) (19) Seventeen
Eighteen and Nineteen of Block (25) Twenty five in the Alachua Improvement 
Companys Subdivision of part of Section (4) Four and all of Section (3) Three 
Township (10) Ten South of Range (20) Twenty East and containing ___ acres more 
or less Together with all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold 
the above bargained and described premises unto J.A. Ryder as Trustee aforesaid the 
said party of the second part and to his successors in trust fee Simple 
absolute and the said party of the first part for itself and its Successors and
lawful representatives doth hereby warrant and will forever defend the title to 
the said party of the second part and to his successors and assigns against 
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons now claiming or 
hereafter to claim the same. In Testimony Whereof the said party of the 
first part by its duly and legally authorized President hath hereunto 
signed its corporate name and attached its corporate seal on the day and 
year first above written

purposes therein Stated and set forth
