demand of, in and to the above described
lands, which the said Peninsular Railroad
Company acquired therein by virtue of said
grant and that neither the said Peninsular
Railroad Company nor the said party of
the first part as Trustee, have done, or
omitted to do, any act or thing whereby, or
by reason of which the estate thereunto
so acquired by said Railroad Company
has become impaired, or in any wise diminished
or encumbered.
