certify that on this 25th day of October AD
1886 before me personally appeared, P.M. Oliver
and his wife M.L. Oliver, to me well known
as the persons described in, and who executed
the above & foregoing Mortgage deed, who
severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein set forth; and the
said M.L. Oliver, wife of said P.M. Oliver
on an examination taken and made
separate & apart from her said husband
did acknowledge before me, that she made
herself a party to said conveyance for
the purpose of conveying her separate
interest and estate in and to the lands
tenements & hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that
such is made by her freely and voluntarily
and without constraint, apprehension, or fear
of, or from her said husband
