Noble and James Noble her husband who severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purpose therein expressed: and
I further certify that said James Noble, at
an examination separate and apart from
his said wife did acknowledge that he executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance, and joined
in the same for the purpose of relinquishing
his dower or right of dower in and to the
premises described herein, and that said
relinquishment was made freely and voluntarily
and without any fear, compulsion or constraint
of or from his wife the said Martha A. Noble.

as sole heir at law of Nancy Cassels, deceased
late of said County and State, claims title
to all the real estate belonging to said
deceased at the time of her death, said real
