Nancy Cassels is dead - died in Gainesville, State of
Florida Alachua County in the month of
August A.D. 1886. At the time of the death
of Nancy Cassels she owned one lot of Land
in the City of Gainesville Alachua County
State of Florida described as commencing
at a point 183 feet from the South East
corner of Lot 24 in Brushes Addition
to the town of Gainesville, running North
99 feet thence West 260 feet - thence
South 99 feet thence East 260 feet -
Nancy Cassels died without any children
David Williams her half brother being her
sole heir and only relative living
I am not of any Kin to David Williams - am
about 75 years old

David Williams being sworn says - I am
half brother of Nancy Cassels deceased
who died in the City of Gainesville in
said State and County in August A.D. 1886 -
I am the only living relative of said Nancy
Cassels and the sole heir at Law, to
all the estate of which the said Nancy
Cassels died, seized and possessed both
real and personal
  I am about 60 years of age was born
in Collington District S.C. My fathers named
was Pitt Lee
