Ida D. Carn and David H. Carn her husband of the County of Manatee
and State of Florida for and in consideration of one dollar to us
in hand paid and for other good and valuable considerations the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed do hereby grant bargain
remise convey release and quit claim unto the following named
heirs at law of William I. Turner deceased late of Manatee County
Florida viz to wit Charles A. Turner Mary A. Gillett James M.

recorded in the Clerks office of Alachua County and State of Florida

& North by D.C. Hart and Mr Crane west by land of Moses Freyermouth
and South by land of Mrs E.M. Powell = 48 Acres
