Each and every share held by him or her upon all questions coming
before the association and shall be allowed to vote Either in person
or by proxy reduced to writing duly signed
Section 17. The Certificates of Stock issued under the provisions hereof
shall be transferred on the Books of the secretary of the association and
shall be so ordered by the person transferring the same which order
shall be reduced to writing referring to the number of the Certificate
the name of the transferee and the signature of the transferor.
Section 18. The Capital Stock shall not be increased nor shall
assessments be made for any purpose whatever except as directed by a
two thirds vote of the Certificates held by stockholders.
